I'm Elspeth Lovell
Hi, my name is Elspeth. I am traditionally trained as a Registered Nurse, and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Professional Nursing in 2005. I spent 17 years working as a bedside nurse. In 2021 I left hospital nursing and launched Prima Materia Coaching Company, where I now offer my services as a Health and Wellness Coach.
During my years of traditional nursing I learned a lot about the Allopathic Care model for health. I realized that while good for some things, it doesn’t offer a firm foundation on which to build true health and wellness, nor does it give people a feeling of empowerment and autonomy over their own health care.
